A growing team in the hospitality and vacation ownership sector is hiring a Marketing Alliance Manager to drive strategic partnerships and business development efforts across the Greater China region. This role is instrumental in building and managing partnerships with premium lifestyle brands, financial institutions, luxury providers, and media to generate high-quality leads and innovative sales platforms.

What you’ll be doing

  • Identify and build strategic B2B partnerships with aligned brands
  • Drive qualified lead generation through joint campaigns and co-branded promotions
  • Negotiate and close commercial agreements to support membership sales
  • Lead marketing initiatives to enhance brand image and reach
  • Coordinate closely with the marketing and operations teams to optimize guest experiences
  • Analyze performance and provide regular reporting on campaigns and partnerships
  • Support the development of innovative sales models and lead conversion strategies

What we’re looking for

  • Proven experience in partnerships, business development, or marketing alliances
  • Excellent negotiation, presentation, and communication skills
  • Fluent in Mandarin and English
  • Strong stakeholder management and relationship-building abilities
  • Comfortable working under pressure in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Office tools; experience with CRM or marketing software is a plus
  • A degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred, though extensive relevant experience is also valued
