A global leader in smart metering is expanding in Southeast Asia—and we’re partnering with them to find the right Sales Engineer/ Technical and Sales Support to anchor their Singapore team. This is a rare opportunity to join a legacy European brand that’s leading the charge in sustainable water and thermal energy metering across the globe.

If you’re technically hands-on, commercially sharp, and experienced in B2B metering or smart building solutions, this role offers a chance to be at the forefront of IoT innovation for utilities and smart cities.

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Identify and build new B2B accounts in sectors like district cooling, HVAC, and utilities
  • Own the sales cycle from lead generation, product demos, and solution design to closing
  • Advise clients on the company’s full range of smart metering hardware, software, and IoT systems
  • Collaborate with global teams to tailor proposals and support technical integration
  • Keep a pulse on market trends, competitor solutions, and project pipelines in Singapore and SEA
 

What We’re Looking For

  • Hands-on experience in technical sales or engineering sales for metering, IoT, or building automation solutions
  • Background in energy, cooling systems, water/thermal utilities, or smart building tech
  • Familiarity with technologies such as ultrasonic meters, LoRaWAN®, Wireless-M-Bus, or related platforms
  • Self-driven, structured, and excited to help build a business from the ground up
 

Bonus if you have

  • Experience working with or selling to district cooling plants, utility agencies, or engineering firms
  • Connections in markets like Singapore, Korea, or wider Southeast Asia

Compensation

  • Base salary: SGD 4,500–5,500 (flexible for the right candidate)
  • Incentives to be discussed based on candidate’s experience and expectations
