About the Role We are hiring a Lead Generation Specialist with strong knowledge of the smart manufacturing space to support a senior executive’s business development efforts across Singapore, Japan, and Australia. This is a part-time, project-based role with the potential to evolve into a full-time position based on your performance, development within the role, and fit with the hiring manager.
This role is ideal for someone who is strategic, organized, and familiar with how modern manufacturing and industrial technology companies are structured — especially across OT (Operational Technology), IT, and engineering functions.
We’re not looking for volume. We’re looking for sharp, well-qualified leads that can open real conversations in the manufacturing-tech space.
Key Responsibilities
Company & Contact Research
Identify companies involved in smart manufacturing, industrial automation, and factory-level innovation
Research and shortlist key decision-makers (business unit heads, plant managers, tech leads, etc.)
Organize and segment leads based on industry relevance and potential fit
Sales Navigator Lead Sourcing
Use LinkedIn Sales Navigator to build quality lead lists
Apply filters and keyword strategies relevant to OT/IT roles and smart manufacturing tech
Track and maintain lead records with clear segmentation logic
Outreach Preparation
Recommend contact strategies (e.g., connection message vs direct email)
Draft suggested messaging based on lead type
Flag opportunities for the hiring manager to pursue directly
Reporting & Insights
Deliver leads in a structured format (Excel, CRM, or research sheet) with notes and scoring
Tag leads as Tier 1–3 based on decision-making authority and relevance
Refine lists regularly based on direction from the hiring manager
Requirements
Must-Have Experience
2+ years in lead generation, business research, recruitment sourcing, or similar roles
Strong familiarity with the smart manufacturing sector, especially OT/IT job functions and industrial company structures
Hands-on experience using LinkedIn Sales Navigator for strategic lead building
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
Mindset & Fit
Analytical, structured, and organized in how you present your work
Curious and coachable — willing to grow into the role and take feedback
Comfortable in a remote, async setup with weekly check-ins
Work Setup

Location: Remote (Philippines preferred)
